The Well Breast Massage Research study began in 2007 in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  Women around the world attended a Breast Health class, completed a survey and began regular Self Care.  Now in 2022, we will reach our 15 year mark and begin to gather information about the Health and Well Being of these participants.  Stay tuned, and contact me for more information if you are interested in adding this self massage routine to your health routine.
